This is for any ministry outside of The Fountain that wishes to hold a service, conference or event in The Fountain facilities. Upon submission of this form a staff member will contact you to confirm your event and gather any additional information.

Notes: The Main Sanctuary is not available on Saturdays for any event that requires the stage or chairs to be rearranged.
Room Request: All fees include Sound/Media technicians, post-event cleaning and a staff member to be present and available for any needs that may arise during the event. If this event is more than one day, the fees may be adjusted.
