This form is for events such as Boys/Girls Clubs/Community Classes
Please complete and submit this request at least 6 weeks prior to the date of your event. Upon receipt, a staff member will contact you to confirm your event and details.

Notes: The Main Sanctuary is not available on Saturdays for any event that requires the stage or chairs to be rearranged.
The fee for use is $100 for a one time event or $25 per week for an ongoing event. Media/Sound technicians are an additional fee. *No charge if organized or chartered by the church or staff member. Member is responsible for opening/locking up and all cleaning.

If you will be using the in-house system and/or media/projection equipment, then as required by The Fountain, one of our sound and/or media engineers is required to be present.
There is a $100 per technician (sound & media) fee required to cover the technicians time and services.
